There wasn't an opinion per se. Her petition was dismissed "without prejudice". They had no opinion, other than they did not feel their involvement was legal at this point. LoF

Dented ballots and chads, it's starting to smell like a corral on a hot day. A reporter for the NBC station in Chicago got a polling station several dozen ballots. Try as he did, he couldn't get a dented ballot or a partially dislodged chad. I've used the punch ballot for years. The ballot goes in a slot between the book and the tray. The stylus is plastic with a 1/2 inch metal probe. You put the probe in the proper hole and push down. Requires very little pressure. You feel the initial resistance and push down, the stylus travels 1/2. Any hanging chads are torn off when the ballot is removed from the slot. These recounts remind me of tracking. First time the signs are clear. Next time they are more trampled. And more trampled ....
