You are exactly correct and by here certifing the votes with out a precedent to do so, which is why the court dismissed her appeal today shows that the court has considered her actions as "abuse of her discretion"

so, yes you are correct, we will know the outcome of the state of Florida before the week is over and the outcome with teh absentee ballots by Mon.

How can you have such faith in someone who is an obvious Bush functionary, and who isn't making any pretension at non-partisanship? You gotta look deeper, my friend. See her for who she really is.

After all, Ms. Harris is on record as commenting, in the Palm Beach Post, that she'd like "a job in the arts or foreign affairs in a Bush Administration." It seems, on the surface, the manner in which she's behaved in this election has put in jeapardy any future elected role for her in the state of Florida. Florida courts won't let her decide only on Bush's behalf. You watch and see!
