Your mistake is that you assume that Republicans, like Democrats, do not uphold the Rule of Law. You assume that everything has a political motivation. Perhaps Ms. Harris does not like the destruction going on in her state, and she intends, as a citizen, to put an end to it using the Rule of Law. JMHO, LoF

I agree that she would do MOST anything for George W., but defying the US Courts may put her in a pretty uncomfy situation here...further, being the opportunist ho that she is, the second she feels her man is slipping, she will change her views and give up her power in a NY minute.
