Your mistake is that you assume that Republicans, like Democrats, do not uphold the Rule of Law. You assume that everything has a political motivation. Perhaps Ms. Harris does not like the destruction going on in her state, and she intends, as a citizen, to put an end to it using the Rule of Law.

I agree that she would do MOST anything for George W., but defying the US Courts may put her in a pretty uncomfy situation here...further, being the opportunist ho that she is, the second she feels her man is slipping, she will change her views and give up her power in a NY minute.

You never even heard of her a week ago and now you have her whole life story. You should break the news before the papers and Talking Heads! What other things and people do you know so much about? Tell us now. I for one can't wait to hear all the dirt on the people that have yet to surfaced in this fiasco!
