(Repost) ALL READ: Harris tried to conduct a preemptive strike against the final tabulation of the hand counts. I think that the court basically refused that argument, since there was no law to support it. The petition was dismissed "without prejudice". That does not mean that the counts are legal. The court is saying that there is no basis for her to challenge the counts since she hasn't even received them yet. What is likely to happen, is that she will refuse to allow the hand counts to be added to the certified results. She will certify the election on Saturday, and the counties and the Dems will have to file suit to try to block that. The proof will be in the pudding when the court gives its opinion on the Dem case about the legality of the hand counts currently before it. If they reject it or dismiss it, my position will be confirmed. If they rule will the Dems, we will have to look at the ruling to see what was determined. Technically, no one has a basis for filing a suit, since 1) the hand counts have not been presented to Harris, and 2) she has not rejected them. JMHLO, LoF
