Either the Court will uphold her discretion or find a legal reason not to. If upheld crisis averted. If not, she can accept it or move ahead anyway. In that case, the court can hold her in contempt and order her to do as they decided. It would get nasty but I don't think it will. She was very smart. She required a written explanation of the reasons for the recount from each county. She will base her decision to reject the "recounts" on those reasons and the counties can't change them now or come up with new arguments. Its unlikely that she will not be able to come up with some valid reasons. The Court can only overturn her decision if her discretion is abused. Having made her decision based upon what the counties told her, I doubt this is possible unless the Court is extremely creative in its decision. JLA
