I don't see the 11th circuit buying it.
I'd like to see the 10th circuit get the case, they are so rabidly conservative that they are sure to create errors that will lead the case into the Supreme Court. There was a half billion dollars spent on this election and I think we should get our money's worth.

Its a tough case, no doubt about it. But if I had to pick a circuit to argue it in, I'd pick the 11th. See bi-partisan analysis!! JLA
