There is no evidence of bias. Her political affiliation means nothing unless there is some clear evidence of bias. Judges are elected in FL (except Supreme Court). Her actions have been well grounded in FL law. JLA

The only thing Bush did wrong was have his brother recuse himself. Jeb should be in there with Harris making sure things go the right way.
