Drea - or really anyone who can bake a turkey...the torch has been passed - this year I will be baking the turkey & dressing to take to my mom's house. First of all, I've never baked a turkey before - just looking for any advice or helpful hints like, should I use a baking bag? (Don't want to end up with a dry bird!) Any comments or suggestions greatly appreciated! I cannot find any dressing recipes that would "work" for my family - found one with wheatberry's and figs (I don't think they'd go for that) - I've never been impressed with dressing - always tasted kind of gummy - if anyone has a dressing recipe they really like - I'd love to have it. Thanks sooooo much! Legs
