KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 20, 2000-- InterDigital Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:IDCC - news) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Howard E. Goldberg Chief Executive Officer and a member of InterDigital's Board. Mr. Goldberg will replace Mark Gercenstein who joined InterDigital as CEO in April 2000. Mr. Gercenstein will no longer serve in any capacity at InterDigital.
