I commend you for the great research.

There really is nothing I can add to that other than investing in COVD is an investment in DSL....do you believe in the technology or not.

I seriously doubt the stock shall get close to penny status. I already have it set via stops IF the stock breaches my average cost in the upper-mid 3's.

I second that.

Even if the technology is compelling, the way the company did its business earns the stocks a high turd with flies rating....

I'm still astonished that they got away with the stock trading.... weeks if not months after the Q they come up with additional potential defaults & reduce their meager revenue. Nasdaq could have halted the stock or auditors express that they do not rely any more. This actually happened in similar cases.

At least, as an investor I could no longer rely on their releases & filings...
Who says that there isn't perhaps more under the surface....even a honest counterparty can decide easily not to pay anymore.

JMO as ever, no solicit to buy, sell short, tear, drop, burn etc... you know.
