The Supreme Court has overruled the Secretary of State in Florida. That's the way I understand it. She will now have no chance of ignoring the recounts. Bush's best chance is to agree to a state-wide recount which afterall is the fairest route I have always believed. I think most people would agree with me on that. Hand recounting under severe scrutiny is by far the most reliable method. It just takes awhile. And Bush himself in Texas has ruled for hand recounts over machine recounts. Bush is going to have a hard time winning over the Judge in Atlanta on that one and even if he succeeds he will be severely tainted by this, worse than any president ever.
