Every person has the right to vote...if they screw up their ballot by not voting properly it they give up the right to have that vote counted. (of course the machine may not have counted some ballots that were voted properly....I guess that's the gray area....what is proper, what is improper...if you picked 2 choices for president, obviously, you have up your right to have your vote counted. Jimbo.
