I aim to please! <GGG>

I'm actually surprised by the distribution of responses I've gotten over there. A few readable and lucid posts explaining the other side's positions. But so many are just emotional outpourings that are hard to make clear sense of. I had expected a greater number of interesting, intellectually and philosophically challenging posts.

Guess after 20 years of being a professional troubleshooter, getting to the truth has become habit. Of course, I realize it's only my truth.

Now that the Secretary of the Republican State of Bush Campaign in Florida has predictably denied county recounts, we'll go back to the state supreme court, where an order to recount the whole state should be forthcoming. I can't imagine they would have good reason to let her "decision" stand.

Of course, I could be right.

They wrote a good speech for Bush.
Too bad he couldn't manage a little eye
contact.
Perhaps he was afraid he'd lose his place.
