DO, P/E multiples of the most richly priced stocks I never said that. I said, low PE ratios of our best performing tech stocks referring to Intel, Oracle, AMD, CSCO, etc.

Nor did I refer to, the Fed begins to lower interest rates. But rather I said, If the Fed adds liquidity . . . a very different thing. Perhaps you might care to re-read the dialogue.

Agreed, there are many tech value plays out there which are both defensive and also have the potential for 25% gains once the election is over. Longer term even better probably.
Telcos, IT and chip stocks on any dips. Stocks like LU at 21, ERICY at 12, etc
