Harris should have recused herself. For the co-chairperson of Bush's Fla campaign to make this decision has the appearance of impropriety. Now it's going to the courts - ugh!
This decision is going to come back to haunt her and the party, as it makes it look like the republicans are afraid of an accurate vote count.
