Victor, Re: internet usage (time/week spent online) by individuals has flattened out and is beginning to decline. I hadn't seen that in print. Do you have a URL with corroborating statistics. Interestingly, as the carriers face tighter margins, the tension is up to do more "hot potato" routing. The result, as logged at NANOG is a recent increase in dropped packets and bickering network sysadmins. Probably in sympathy with the political process we are working our way through. :) Best, Ray
