EXCUSE ME, but where was she "told...to allow the hand counts to proceed..." You are so absolutely wrong on this point. You need to get a better source for news, and realize that neither court told her that she had to do anything except that she could not arbitrarily dismiss the results. Prove me wrong, or take it back.

If you can't get these basic points right, you probably ought to refrain from comment.

George W. Bush (last recorded conversation) "Someday I will find a court that will pass a resolution I want to hear", "Hey Baker lets file with the "United Nations", lets get the UN peacekeepers into Florida - may be we can get Sadaam to support the resolution"

She has to carry out her responsibilities in an honest manner. She can't be bullied to violate the law by bullies. She did the right thing.

You should be. K. Harris has done nothing but subvert the legal process of democracy. She has been told by Federal and State courts to allow the hand counts to proceed.

The counties are welcome to count and count and count if they want to per the Fl Supreme Court's decision. It is up to Ms. Harris as to whether the counts are accepted under Florida law. She has decided that they will not. It will undoubtedly be for the Fl Supreme Court to decide if she is right.
