absolutely not. do you think skeeter bug is dumb enough to lose money betting that a politician will surrender gain for internal consistency to their argument? heaven forbid!

they are all BUMS!

the pubs knew the law and they knew the interpreter of the law. i've said from day one that no court is going to want to over rule florida's interpretation of the election - it will look like federal tampering in state elections. not good, imho.

there is a slight chance some court over rules the secretary of state here b/c of the vague language of the law.

however, gore is now getting desparate. the pubs have the legal advantage and gore knows it. i rescind my gore election prediction b/c when i made it i didn't know about the pubs ace in the hole...
