I bet you and Anthony daytrade as much, if not more than I do. Kind of hypocritical in a way isn't it? I am not a "daytrader" as daytraders are defined. I do not close all positions overnight, and I do not rely on T/A as my sole reason for buying and selling stocks. I take scalps from time to time as opportunity presents itself, and I ride stocks up over 1000% sometimes. And I have taken some really brutal beatings on positions I have owned. I learn something new every day I watch the market, and I try to better myself from it. One thing I have learned is that this market is made up of all kinds of people using all kinds of strategies and techniques to make money. I do not like any blatant form of pump and dump and I do not dump on my freinds or my suggestions. But I do not have any problem with professional daytraders, short sellers, investors, etc...that utilize the internet to exchange ideas to make money in a reputable way. That is the market we have. I sit and watch investment banking firms "daytrade" all day long. I watch traders like Anthony call out trades, stop out of trades, cut losses when he sees fit, etc...both long and short. To me, Anthony IS a daytrader...if that is what we all are. When you see Anthony next time, perhaps you should ask him what he means by the term "daytraders". I suspect most of the people Anthony considers daytraders, are really not actually "professional" daytraders at all. They are just people he sees on the internet that are trying to make some money in the market. Most of these people do not even know what it means to be a true diehard daytrader living by the diehard rules a daytrader disciplines themselves to live by. I have a lot of respect for Anthony as a trader, researcher, and investor. But I have always kind of found it a little hypocritical his feelings for the people that he trades with and against. And it looks like it might be wearing off on you too.

Just thought I'd share my feelings on that. I don't like being stereotyped nor do I think the rest of the people that follow Anthony, his thread, or his freinds like it. Most of us are just trying to learn, make some good trades, and come out ahead. Seems like someone is being a little arrogant to me.

In the future, you do not have to talk to me or respond to my posts if you are fearful of being corrected or looked down to by Anthony or anyone else. I won't be offended.

Sorry if you took offence with my post..it was not my intent. Was just trying to add some levity. I read very few threads on a continuing basis; this is one. I'm sure many people are stressed by the market right now..from all venues. And if you prefer I don't reply to your posts, so be it.

Regards
Profitable Investing/Trading
