<<He requested a recount according to FL law. He lost again (so far - there is still the absentee ballot to be counted.)>>

What request did he lose on??? There has not been a completed handcount yet. So far, the only rulings I have seen is: Fed court refused to force the hand counts to stop, Harris can make her decision whether to count or not count votes submitted late(but cannot make that decision in an arbitrary fashion), and FL Supreme Court will not stop hand counting.

So, what hand counts has he lost...hand counts are still on-going and are in compliance with FL law.
