I hope the LEXR check does not bounce! From the looks of things the $6 million net payment to SNDK represents 21% of LEXR's cash (according to last quarters balance sheet). Considering they lost $19 million last quarter I would think they can only keep that kind of burn rate for another couple of quarters. Instead of us looking at what SNDK has gained from the settlement maybe we should focus on what the long term (if they are still around)effects the 4% royalty payments will have on LEXR's cash position. SNDK did not deliver a fatal blow...maybe they just left them in the jungle of ugly fundamentals to slowly die.
