The hand count in Palm Beach county isn't done...last I heard they were waiting for a court to rule it's ok to finish them, but there's no way that county could have possibly finished the count.

I don't know about the mechanics of the hand recount, but what would happen if the Republican don't show up to oversee it anymore? This would leave the Democrats all alone in the room with the ballots, and anything having to do with these ballots would no longer have any credibility.
