<font color=Green> Harris will be found that she abused her discretion which is unfolding as we speak The Supreme court will Re-Certify the state and overturn her decison on abuse of discretion if Gore ends up having the adequate votes that were miscounted, and if it can be proven that she certifies them by a wrong mandate and interpritation of what Florida law states on the time period of certification without prejudice.
