Just had a thought. How DO you make a vote absolutely fair?? Well, look at how we contract onto web sites? EMAIL--PASSWORD: REPEAT.

You give your ID at the polling booth. The spotters password your ID. You type the name off the voter list. You repeat. You give your code (You know, like when you buy a stock). They verify that back-up has been made. A paper back-up is created. You leave the building.

This is the rough draft...

You stop at the licker store and drive to a relative's house to celebrate. EDIT: Forgot...you also get a reference number...

EDIT AGAIN: I guess you need to scramble your identity after voting. Nothing that can't be figured out...

EDIT AGAIN: The paper copies are created as the countable copies. They have the coded ID and reference number. And the voter has a copy with reference number...
