My case is made. This case was made a week ago, it is just not recognized yet by the conservative movement. The Florida Law allowing a hand recount, requiring a hand recount, implies that dimples, or partial hangs, or partial born chad can be resolved. It would have been enough to count categories, Bush gets so many regular ballots, and so many hanging ballots, and so many dimples, and count the matching Gore numbers. Instead the count is being delayed so that once Gore wins there truly is not enough time to count Iowa, or Michigan, or North Dakota. James Baker is being played for a sucker here, and Bush doesn't have the horsepower to guide his own election. It is truly an amazing circus to watch. TP
