He says Gore will do this until he likes the count. This is a lie. The first recount was automatic. This recount showed that the machines couldn't be trusted to give a reliable count. Gore then requested a recount. The procedure in this is to recount one percent of the votes to see if a total recount is needed to get an accurate count. This was done and it showed that a full hand recount was needed. This is what Baker keeps trying to put forth as Gore requesting recount after recount. The truth is that there have been more hand recounts in Republican counties that democrat ones.
