Raymond, The gold mine is relative. Funding is still flowing in huge numbers. There will still be dozens of IPOs and acquisitions in the space. even a small return is more exciting, rewarding and career enhancing than staying with the behemoths at this point. People are flowing from LU, NT and CSCO in what I see as record numbers at this point. I can't even imagine what the carriers are going through in their attempt to attract talent. LU, CSCO and NT spent big $$ last year in an attempt to keep up with service and installation and they still can't do it. tp
