That means the machines are likely to be biased against women and the elderly." Could be. Or, think about it, biased against those who fiddled but didn't choose a damn thing, on purpose. Also, they have the chance to examine the cards before they turn them in...and pull off hanging chads the easy way, as voting instructions noted beforhand. Dan B
