Thats the spirit! Root for Gore so people you don't like have to eat crow. Nothing wrong with that.

I like Dubya, but what I really want to see is Hollywood and the media go through conniptions. :-)

I agree that it is not a foregone conclusion that the absentee vote will be Republican. First of all the votes from Israel will certainly go for Gore. Secondly, the military did support war-hero Dole over draft dodger Clinton, but will they support a draft-dodger Bush over a Gore that served in Vietnam? Maybe, or maybe not.

The only reason that I think that they probably still will go Democratic is that Gore seems to think so. He has never been will to depend on the absentee vote, and still prefers to rely on a manual "count" of Palm Beach County.
