Rumor has it that Sergio is down in Florida counting votes. He vows to stay down there until he has personally counted all 6 million of them by hand(five fingers at a time). LOL. Joe

Joe: Thanks for the numbers. Even though I hate to see folks in your part of the country get hit by the high prices, I am glad you and Sergio convinced me to buy CHK> On MCLD McLeod (not McCloud) dumb me. <GGGG> In reading the 10k, I had to keep my eyes from popping out of my head. Why????????? is this stock trading as high as it is? While rev's were up 52% Q over last year, Costs were up horribly. I understand they are growing (Splitrock) etc. But, with all of the debt they have taken on, costs rising faster than rev's, SGandA increasing and in the frey of DSL, advertising and telemarketing competion, they really need to do some fancy foot work to maintain viablity. Much less show a profit. FA wise I'd shy away from this one, big time. If things go bust, there are so many senior note holders that they will be sueing each other for "intangable assets" (big red flag) Their cash burn is horrid too!! Ken
