OT Rich, I agree with your opinion with regards to manual recounts. These recounts are not going to be preformed in a closet somewhere as I would imagine that both parties will be present for this. This is the only way I can see for the American public to have confidence in the outcome. It doesn't matter who wins so much as it matters that the person taking office is the clear winner.
