Scrapps, I have seen 2 arguments for this. The meaning of the law indicates that there needs to be a postmark by the 7th, but that all depends on what the definition of "is" is. since the Democrats have been quiet on this one, either they are going to pull a this at the end or they can't get the votes here fast enough. It seems easy enough for them to get a private jet over there to pick up a few...tp
