Wrong, at least where counting votes that were made on punch cards is concerned. Can't you understand why the states that use punch cards also have a law that says hand counting will be the last resort in counting of close races because it is more accurate.

If what you say is true, then why do both Florida and Texas and numerous other states call for hand counts if the percentage of victory is ultra-tight? Because the human eyeball is the most accurate way of determining a winner.

I think this election has proven one thing: Paper ballots of any type have to go.

What the rich socialites in Palm Beach need to do is sponsor a charity fund-raiser to buy a bunch of electronic voting machines for Palm Beach County.
