The aggressiveness of Intel is duly noted in that article.

By the way - my guess is that AMD's recent market share of 18% may indeed be their High Water mark. All their product slippages and cancellations - in the mobile and server segments - make them vulnerable in the fastest growing market segments for x86 CPUs.
