I think the NAZDAQ has bottomed. The key NAZDAQ stock is
CSCO which has managed to hold at the 50 area. Today the
NAZDAQ could have gone down after the Fed retained its
tightening bias, and all the bad news coming out of banks,(about the credit spreads, bad loans from First Union
and Bank of America) but it didn't.The SOX seems to have bottomed and SOX has always been a leading indicator. I don't know whether this is the definite bottom but I think we get a tradeable rally. The techs like SUNW, ORCL, AKAM
AMCC, JDSU etc are broken and will build bases from here onwards. QCOM looks poised for a decent move.

I have my limit order in for 67 too. Vrsn is a short term play.
