Ed Rollins isn't a neutral observer, he's a Reagan Republican. He openly stated that he was very disappointed with the comments by the SoS this evening. Whether you believe it or not, that is what he said.

But no matter, in the final analysis, none of the principals or the partisans are going to decide this...the Courts will.
