Circuit Court Judge Terry Lewis, who ordered Mrs. Harris to use "discretion" in determining the ultimate disposition of manually recounted votes... All she had to do was abide by this decision, and let them recount the votes of te people.... what I want to know is why are the GOP so afraid to recount the counties..there must be a reason.... I think we know why don't we...?
