Make jokes if you like Kerry but what we need right now are suggestions concerning how the next president can bring the nation back together. I think one of the things that would go a long ways toward this goal is if President Gore were to offer a presidential pardon to Bush for his being AWOL for all that time from the Air National Guard. That way if Bush doesn't fall off the wagon before the next election he can run without having that hanging over his head all the time.
