Let me see if I have this right now. The absentee ballots that were included in the count we have now included all of the absentee ballots from within the USA because those had to be received by the seventh. They also included the overseas ballots that were received by the seventh. So now all of the absentee ballots we have left are those overseas (or out of the USA) ballots that were received between the seventh and the seventeenth. Right?
