zonkie, If the Florida supreme court says that Harris has to accept the hand count still to be finished in the 3 counties What 3 counties? It's down to 2 counties: Palm Beach and Broward. Joe

So far no court has wanted anything to do with this election recount. So what makes you think they will do anything new?...Other than say That the way the law is written, I think both Supreme courts (Fl & U.S.) will shy away from it since all laws have been followed technically, hence there is no basis to rule differently. I'm betting the mail-in ballots will be the end to it. We may see the Bush camp ask for recounts in other states, but we'll know within hours if that's their back-up plan.
