Clearly, Sagawa understands the future of f/o better than the CEO's of every f/o component manufacturer on earth. No question. He's talked to some of the telecom companies. he's designed a chart. He's proven his magnificent mettle time and time again. Let's just accept that and sell our JDSU/SDLI/NT and buy LU like good little soldiers. Then, if he's wrong, we'll do what any good American would do -- we'll sue him. ;) That would be a pleasure. Then while the SEC is checking out GG's history, they can check on Sagawa's with papa lu. Where are Woodward and Bernstein when we need them???? :) Pat
