Here's the facts on IARC:
Stonegate Securities gets 250,000 free shares if the price is under $7 on December 7th. For the private placement they did for $11m in June.
So the dirtbags posted a $2m share short position in June as well. Its a fact and you can find this info as easily as I did reading IARC's 10Q.
IMO, they covered some a few weeks back but Yahoo shows them having 1.5 shares short as of Oct 31. The last few weeks they've been at it again. They get additional incentive if its under $5 on Dec 7th, also. But imagine what will happen beginning Dec 7th, if I'm right, and I'm positive I am. A big fat buy for $2m shares and hardly any sellers. The price should scream.
Aside from that, SmartCode can do what nothing else on the market can do and its patent has big snarling teeth. They are lining up deals left and right, as well as re-sellers and partnerships, that will blow your mind when you hear the names. None of you know me from Adam and have no reason to believe me, but go to THE HUB on Raging Bull and the guys there are right on top of it. Reparte, TRADE4LIVING, jakedogman, RICKJ65 and a few others know the company inside out. Read up. You' ll be very pleased with what you'll find out. Ck out the web site if you haven't yet. They haven't even announced some of the partners there and ck out the XVP product. Never announced either. I'm betting they sign non-disclosure's due to the proprietery nature of the product. Sounds like hype, but Im trying to help. If you dont beleive, mark Dec 7th on your calender and see.
