Lets watch them topple or try to reverse the obvious and expected downtrend>> An important rule of thumb when the market internals improve and the nasdaq is oversold, we look to the upgrades as first possible reversals for trading targets to the long side. Some once asked me if when I say "BUY" I mean they are buys.. No it just means the analysts have upgraded them and they might cause moves to the upside in these and correlating stocks in their respective sectors. On bad down days, these upgrades don't really 'take' but on reversal days, they do.
