I think your figures are a little low:
"...Varian and Felch, without legal authority or permission, caused a secret video recording to be made of Delfino, and the members of the class, while going to, in, and coming out of the bathroom at the Ginzton Laboratory, in violation of the common law and Delfino's constitutional right to privacy. Cross-defendants videotaped from a camera placed in Susan B. Felch's office with her permission and knowledge, and did so during a five week period, 24 hours-per-day, surrounding the date of May 28, 1998. Cross-defendants did not reveal the nature, content, extent, scope, breadth, and duration of the until on or about November 26, 1999, which was then revealed at the deposition of Craig Moro, a "security" person employed by Varian. ..."

Be careful who you SLAPP!

Yup, I agree. If it had not been for the wonderful ignore feature, they'd have been kicked off SI already. The thing is that for all their yapping, they still have not made a case as to what the impacts of suit may be for VSEA. What is the worst damage the judge is going to order for invasion of privacy? A few thousand bucks each? That would hardly make a dent in the company and would not even cover the lawyer fees.

Lone Star,

They're both now on ignore. Have the long-time posters here considered a moderated thread?

Thanks,
