Harris is done. Courts have overturned each and every one of her previous opinions at their first opportunity, proving her either a partisan hack or a gross incompetent.

Her latest pronouncement flies in the face of Judge Lewis' Tuesday ruling and will be overturned as well.

Dear Frank: Well I watched her attorneys present her case in Leon County today. I thought they did a good job. The Gore side had a Wily old guy kind of homespun. He was fun to watch but hopefully the judge will look at the FACTS. One thing I can tell you, there has never been a T/V show with this much Drama. (gg) I just wonder if I as FLORIDA TAXPAYER am paying for all this NATIONAL AMUSEMENT?? JDN
