Yes, the blow to my head is serious. It is worsening, as there is swelling and I have a severe headacre. However, there were mitigating circumstances. Mr. Rogers and Mr. Salerni did their best to instigate Mr. Marwah. Mr. Rogers was wagging his finger, in a sad imitation of Mr. Marwah, with the sole intent of enraging Mr. marwah. Furthermore, Mr. Salerni kept bringing up his fraudulent claim to $2,900. I do not fault Mr. Marwah for my injury, but rather Mr. Salerni and Mr. Rogers.
