I agree with you. If the situation had been reversed Gore would already be the President elect. Bush would have been honorable and would have put America first and conceded. (Qualifier, if the vote was only a difference of 300 votes he would have waited for the absentees but once they were counted the winner would be acknowledged) Bush would have filed no lawsuits. He wouldn't have used a phone bank to create the crisis by calling thousands in Palm Beach county telling them to complain about the ballot. The disadvantage Bush has is he is honorable and competing with a man who will sink to any low to win and has little or no honor.

OTOH, it depends upon what the powers, who pull Bush's strings, would decide.
