Thanks for the counselling and I know its free. My point is a simple one but you fail to get it for whatever reason. I'll make it simple as possible. Before you can apply any valuation formula the deposit has to be at LEAST economic. Otherwise it is usually worth zero. In my view this is the case of the FT deposit, so you're calculatio put forward is misleading. This is all just my opinion. I can't say enough about promotional groups and it usually gets me mean and bitchy.
