OK, I figured out how to cut and paste in Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05, click the big T on the toolbar and then you can click and mouse drag text. But Judge Lewis' opinion is not text, it's a graphic.

In version 3.0 there's a select text function and a select graphic function. I was able to select it but not paste it into an SI post.
