RS:The investment group was said by the unsuccessful bidders to include former insiders, and is essentially funded by Motorola, so it's a pretty colorful deal....I'm a little surprised it was allowed to go through, and rather quickly at that. Not that surprising if you believe those in charge developed a scheme to stick it to the common shareholders. I dont hold to that theory, but there is plenty of evidence that people can point to (and in the case of G* as well). Fun at any rate. It is this type of stuff that keeps the boredom out of the investment world. Jeff Vayda
